Ingredients
  • ½ oz Lighthouse Lemonade cordial
  • 1½ oz vodka
  • 2 oz freshly-squeezed blood orange juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 5 pieces chopped fruit (fresh raspberries, strawberries or blood orange pieces)
  • Pinch of chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine Lighthouse Lemonade, vodka, blood orange juice and sparkling water in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Add ice into a glass. Pour the cocktail into the glass and top with the chopped fruit pieces.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of chocolate shavings over the drink to finish. Enjoy!
